Agostino Bonalumi (1935–2013) is one of the leading figures of postwar Italian art, internationally recognized as a master of extroflexion, a language that revolutionized the relationship between painting, space, and sculpture. A friend and close collaborator of Piero Manzoni and Enrico Castellani, with whom he founded the magazine Azimuth in 1959, Bonalumi pursued a radical research path that transcended traditional two-dimensionality, transforming the canvas into a sculptural object capable of interacting with light and the surrounding space. His career is marked by exhibitions in major museums around the world, from the Venice Biennale (1966, 1970, 1986) to retrospectives in prestigious venues such as Palazzo Te in Mantua and the Accademia di San Luca in Rome.

This monochrome blue canvas, created in the artist's final years, represents the essence of his research. The surface is traversed by tensions generated by underlying structures that deform the picture plane, creating extrusions and volumes that rise like plastic waves. The single color, applied with absolute rigor, enhances the interplay of shadows and reflections, transforming painting into sculpture and inviting the viewer to perceive its variations as the light changes. In this work, monochrome becomes a means to achieve total formal purity, in which matter and space coincide.

Inspection and Testing:
We operate exclusively online; it is not possible to visit or pick up watches in person. Therefore, we strongly recommend requesting additional information, photographs, and videos before purchasing.

Watches:
All our pre-owned watches have undergone thorough, non-invasive mechanical testing and, where necessary, have been serviced to ensure they meet our highest standards of timekeeping and functionality.
Unless otherwise specified, our pre-owned watches are covered by a full or limited 12-month warranty. This excludes any damage incurred due to misuse or accidents. Due to their age, some used watches should not be subjected to the same conditions as when they were new.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Taxes:
Shipping fees are 48€ on most of items (except for the heavy artworks) and processed in 2-3 business day for UE Customers.
For extra-UE shipping charges vary depending on the destination and size of the order. Ask to our Shipping service for a fast quote.

Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed once your shipping address is entered.

Returns:
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at within the 14-day window. We will provide return instructions.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with original packaging and documentation. The return shipment must be securely packed and insured. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days by bank transfer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
