Order Conditions
1. Placing An Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
All products are offered subject to availability. Due to the unique and limited nature of the items, we cannot guarantee that products will remain available after your inquiry. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Be sure to ask all the information and additional pictures before placing an order.

2. Order Processing
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin the processing period of the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
The shipping will be notified by email providing a tracking number. You have 14 days from the delivery date to check the item.
3. Product Descriptions & Warranty
We take great care in describing and photographing each item. All descriptions, photos, and condition reports are provided in good faith. Vintage and pre-owned items may show signs of wear consistent with their age and history.
All functioning items (e.g. watches, mechanical accessories, etc.) are tested before sale and come with a 1-year warranty of conformity, in accordance with EU law. This warranty ensures that the item is in proper working order at the time of delivery and remains so for a reasonable time. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
4. Shipping & Extra Charges
Shipping fees are 20€ to 48€ on most of items (except for the heavy artworks) and processed in 2-3 business day for UE Customers.
For extra-UE shipping charges vary depending on the destination and size of the order. Ask to our Shipping service for a fast quote.
Tax will be calculated based on the total value of merchandise, applied as governed by state sales tax regulations based on the ship to state, and will be displayed once your shipping address is entered.
5. Order Errors
Order Errors (wrong item or details): If you realize you’ve made a mistake (e.g., wrong product or shipping address), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.
Late Information Requests: Clients are kindly asked to request any additional photos, videos, or clarifications before placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled simply due to missing details after purchase. In some cases, handling fees may apply for unjustified returns or late cancellations if allowed by applicable law.
6. Return & Refunds Policy
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the day you receive the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at within the 14-day window. We will provide return instructions.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn/unused, with original packaging and documentation. The return shipment must be securely packed and insured. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days by bank transfer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Buyers Conditions FAQ
Can I request more photos or videos of an item?
Yes – we encourage all clients to ask for additional images or videos before placing an order. Requests after the purchase do not qualify as valid reasons for cancellation. Handling or cancellation fees may apply if the order is withdrawn without justified cause.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Generally, within the EU:3–7 business days, and outside the EU:7–15 business days. You will receive tracking info as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I Cancel or Return my order after purchasing?
If you're based in the EU, you can cancel your order within 14 days from delivery, according to EU regulations, without needing to provide a reason. However, return shipping costs will apply unless the item is faulty or not as described. For non-EU clients, returns are not guaranteed and must be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What if the item arrives damaged or not as described?
We take quality control seriously. If your item is damaged or different from the description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll investigate and offer assistance and organize the shipping and refund if eligible.
What if I change my mind after receiving the item?
EU clients have the right to return the product within 14 days. For non-EU clients, we do not offer returns unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Please ensure you're certain before finalizing your order.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What if I ordered the wrong item or input incorrect details?
Please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
How to return and be refunded?
EU clients have the right to return the product within 14 days. Contact our service shop@zaphiragroup.com and ask for the return and refund. For Extra EU clients return and refund are not possible, but, if any problem on the products don't hesitate to contact our client service, all our client must be satisfied.
Payments
Bank Transfer
Our most recommended payment method is the Bank Transfer. Safe, secured and trackable, the best solution also for high amount.
Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay...). At this time we are unable to accept credit card payments for billing addresses outside of UE.
PayPal
We accept PayPal. This option is recommended and is safest online payment for small amounts.

I'm having trouble with my payment. What should I do?
If you're experiencing issues with payment, contact us and we can send a payment link or instructions for Bank Transfer, please ensure that your card details are entered correctly, including the billing address.
How works the refunds ?
In case of order cancellation the payment will be refunded by Bank Transfer strictly to the name of the account holder of the order.
Can i pay via Bank Transfer?
