If you accept, ship the item to us. After the sale, you'll receive prompt payment. If unsold, you can choose to renew the listing, place it in a future auction, or withdraw it at any time..
How to Sell
How can I sell an item with Zaphira Group?
Start by filling out our contact form and sending detailed photos of your item. We’ll evaluate it and offer a direct purchase, consignment listing, or the chance to include it in one of our online auctions.
What happens if I sell my item directly?
If you choose to accept our fast offer and sell your item directly, you will be asked to provide personal identification and complete a short form. Once the item is received and verified by our team, payment will be processed immediately to your bank account.
How does consignment work?
After your item is evaluated, we’ll suggest a listing price or auction starting price. If you agree, a consignment contract will be signed accompanied by personal ID and the item shipped to us. It will then be listed on our platforms for a period ranging from 30 days up to 6 months — completely free of charge.
Commissions are only applied upon successful sale.
If the item remains unsold, you can either request its return or extend the listing. Our customer service may recommend adjusting the price for better visibility and success in future listings.
What types of items do you accept?
We specialize in luxury goods such as watches, fine jewelry, collectible accessories, decorative objects, artworks, and rare vintage items — all curated for their quality and uniqueness.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
If the item remains unsold after the listing period or an auction, you can choose to extend the listing, or re-enter it into a future auction (usually at a reduced price), or request its return. (shipping fees maybe applied)
How long does it take to receive payment?
For direct purchases, payment is issued shortly after we receive and inspect the item. For consignment or auction sales, payment is processed within a few days after the successful sale. (Auction have different specific terms, consult the page for more information on conditions)
Is my item insured while in your possession?
Yes, all items are insured from the moment they are received and throughout the entire sale process. From the loss to the damages.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer secure worldwide shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel the sale?
Once a direct purchase offer is accepted and the item is payed and received, the sale cannot be cancelled.
In the case of consignment or listing agreements, items remain for sale for 1, 3, or 6 months depending on the chosen plan. Early withdrawal before the end of the term may incur a cancellation fee.
For auction listings, cancellation is only possible with at least 15 days’ notice prior to the auction date; otherwise, a withdrawal fee will apply.
