Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If a return is accepted in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, the item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was delivered.

As luxury and collectible goods, every item is professionally inspected, documented, and photographed immediately prior to shipment. These records are retained to verify the condition of the item before dispatch and upon its return.

Returned items must be complete, unused where applicable, and accompanied by all original accessories, certificates, packaging, and documentation. Any sign of wear, damage, alteration, misuse, missing components, or any condition differing from that at the time of shipment may result in the return being refused or a partial refund where permitted by law.

Return shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and any related expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service appropriate for the value of the item.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in its original condition.
